What are the requirements?
To receive the closing cost credit client must use the program's preferred real estate agent and loan officer. Minimum home price for full credit is $100,000. Minimum loan amount for full credit is $90,000
Who is eligible?
All employees and contractors of the company as well as direct family members (parents, children, siblings) are eligible. There is no limit on the amount of times you may use the program.
What type of properties are eligible?
All residential and commercial real estate is eligible including single family homes, condos, townhouses, vacation homes and multifamily properties. Both owner occupied and investment properties are eligible.
Can this be combined with first time homebuyer programs?
Yes! This can be combined with any first time homebuyer or down payment assistance programs you may qualify for.
